Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Project Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong design skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion. You will play a key role in creating functional, aesthetically pleasing designs that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and propose design concepts based on clients' requirements and project objectives
Assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BQ) and support the quotation process
Recommend suitable construction materials, color schemes, and carpentry detailing
Attend client meetings to understand, interpret, and translate design requirements
Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within agreed timelines
Work closely with and report directly to the Project Manager
