Project developer - renewable energy

Hire Resolve's Client is looking for a Project Developer with Renewable Energy experience to join their team in Gqeberha.

The primary responsibility of the Project Developer is to acquire all necessary land rights, permits, and licenses for the lawful establishment and operation of Wind, Solar PV, and/or BESS projects.

Responsibilities Project Origination and Development: Identify potential renewable energy projects. Conduct initial risk assessments and site visits. Negotiate land lease agreements and secure land parcels. Commercial Negotiations and Regulatory Compliance: Facilitate negotiations for agreements such as land leases, servitudes, and environmental impact assessments.
