Role Overview

The Project Development Area Head will lead and oversee the planning, development, and execution of multiple real estate projects within a designated area. Qualifications

• Bachelors degree holder; Masters degree is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate development or project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
