Role Overview

The Project Development Area Head will lead and oversee the planning, development, and execution of multiple real estate projects within a designated area. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. The position requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of the real estate development process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate development or project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in site acquisition, feasibility studies, master planning, design coordination, regulatory approvals, budgeting, and project execution.
