JOB SUMMARY:

The Project Development Associate is responsible for monitoring the project direction and providing inputs on the project implementation in terms of time, cost, and scope. Gathers and analyzes Real Estate marketing trends, competitive checks, and other market/industry data. Supports sales and marketing activities, turnover of units and complete.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Business Planning
   1. Prepares project concept/parameters and prices based on the result of the market and feasibility study which is relevant to the current market in the area.
   2. Coordinates with raw land acquisition, permits, technical, and bidding groups for the plans and preparation for project implementation.
