Job Description
- Identify and secure new project opportunities in solid waste management, recycling, waste-to-energy (WTE), sanitary landfill, and resource recovery facilities.
- Develop market entry and expansion strategies aligned with national and LGU waste management priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5 years of experience in infrastructure, environmental services, renewable energy, or waste management project development.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine environmental regulations, particularly RA 9003 (Ecological Solid Waste Management Act).
- Experience working with LGUs and national agencies in the Philippines.
- Demonstrated experience in project finance, financial modeling, and investment structuring.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
