• Lead the planning and development of residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• Conduct market studies and feasibility analyses to ensure project viability.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants during the design and planning stages.
• Manage permits, regulatory approvals, and project documentation.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
