Project Development Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Land Acquisition
• Project Conceptualization and Planning
• Project Implementation
• Project Close-Out
• Management of Commercial Aspect of the Project
• Monitors all project progress and controlling of costs. Will also monitor and supervise the progress of the permits and licensing of all projects.
• In-charge of controlling, filing and safe keeping of related and key documents to make sure they are intact given that the life cycle of each project lasts an average of 5 years.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 Years experience in Real-Estate Project Development
• Graduate of any course i.e. Business Management, Finance or Accounting
• Shows excellent skills in coordinating with respective stakeholders of the project
• Exudes leadership skills
• Highly proficient in financial analysis, market research and project planning
