JOB TITLE: Project Development Officer I

PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT: Office of the Regional Director - Provincial Environmental Management Unit (PEMU) Pampanga

NATURE OF EMPLOYMENT: Contract of Service (COS)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Has a Bachelor's degree in Sanitary/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or Environmental Science
• Has basic knowledge on EMB-mandated laws
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Has technical knowledge on the operations and equipment used in Heavy Industries
• Technically capable and competent to conduct monitoring and reporting using standard templates
• Willing to do fieldworks and render overtime
• Preferably residing in Pampanga
