In-charge of monitoring all project progress and controlling of costs.
Will also monitor and supervise the progress of the permits and licensing of all projects.
In-charge of controlling, filing and safe keeping of related and key documents to make sure they are intact given that the life cycle of each project lasts an average of 5 years.
3-5 Years experience in Real-Estate Project Development
Graduate of any course i.e. Business Management, Finance or Accounting
Shows excellent skills in coordinating with respective stakeholders of the project
Exudes leadership skills
Highly proficient in financial analysis, market research and project planning
Good communication, Presentation and Organizational skills
