Project Development Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage land acquisition activities and due diligence
• Oversee project conceptualization, feasibility, and planning
• Manage end-to-end project implementation and execution
• Ensure proper project close-out, documentation, and turnover
• Handle and monitor the commercial and financial aspects of each project
• Track project progress, control costs, and ensure budget adherence
• Supervise and monitor permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance
• Maintain proper control, filing, and safekeeping of key project documents, ensuring completeness and integrity throughout the project life cycle (average of 5 years)
• Coordinate closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders

Job Requirements:
