Project Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Actively look for investment opportunities in public Utilities Scale / Micro-grid project; review and evaluate project opportunities and formulate appropriate strategies for project implementation;
• Support due diligence and investigate project background, resources, site assessment, feasibility study, environment and risk assessment, and acquire land through land lease agreements or purchases;
• Analyze economic, legal and demographic factors affecting project development;
• Direct and manage the whole process of project development, using appropriate tools to plan and schedule project timetables and milestones, tracking project milestones and deliverables;
• Formulate and submit progress reports, proposals and documents, actively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and formulate contingency plans;
