Project Director (6-month contract)

Project Director Responsibilities

• Highly organized, motivated, self‑starter with experience in agency project management, specifically social and digital marketing.
• Understand and advise on portfolio processes and operations.
• Experience with highly produced digital videos, social content, and complex projects.
• Strong leader building relationships, communicating ideas, and providing actionable direction.
• Partner closely with department and business leads to manage a portfolio of brands and lead the team of Project Managers.

Portfolio Management

• Serve as senior lead on large‑scale portfolios of businesses, partnering with EVPs/SVP/VPs and Group Creative Directors on portfolio‑specific processes.
• Partner with Client Service and FinOps leads to define and monitor overall portfolio approaches, deliverables, staffing plans and agency fees.
