Our client is seeking a proven Project Director that has delivered 1 Billion AED schemes for reputable UAE main contractors.
You will have a strong background in mixed‑use, shopping malls and high‑rise towers. This specific project is a major shopping mall worth 2 Billion AED. Our client is looking for someone with strategic leadership experience—able to foresee challenges and adapt to changing circumstances.
With a major shopping mall of this size, you will understand phased openings, tenant coordination, high‑end finishes, and the integration of facilities such as cinemas, restaurants and indoor theme facilities.
As the Project Director on site you will handle all aspects of the project, including:
- Program & delivery
- Commercial & contractual performance
- Risk & compliance
