We are seeking an experienced Project Director to join a leading Queensland organisation. In this role, you will manage an enterprise project workstream to replace the organisation’s CRM system

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish, onboard, and manage a high-performing project team, fostering a positive and results-driven culture.
• Lead the procurement, evaluation, and selection of the CRM provider, managing the vendor engagement process throughout the lifecycle.
• Execute the project in strict accordance with project plans, benefits realisation, and stakeholder management frameworks.
• Proactively monitor progress and provide strategic advice to the Project Executive Director regarding risks, timeframes, resourcing, and budget.
