Project Director (Construction)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Director to lead our project initiatives in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in project management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Initiate tailored project management strategies specifically for airport expansion and hangar construction, engaging supervisors and subordinate teams (Senior Site Agent, Planning Manager) to assure optimal resource allocation for specialized aviation infrastructure.
• Identify personnel to be staffed on the project; assign accountabilities to subordinates and guide them in cascading down responsibilities within their respective teams.
