Why This Role Matters

The Project Director is responsible for overseeing a large marine project (>USD 300m) or multiple small marine projects through local deputies. He/she leads and manages the project(s) departments to achieve successful completion of a project, within given safety, quality, budgets and timeframe. He/she is the overall responsible for the P&L of the project(s).Through their leadership on project management, their key responsibilities include meeting clients, consultants and project(s) stakeholders, organizing the project departments to ensure timely availability of working documents, coordinating work preparation, managing sub-contracting and purchasing processes, and ensuring the efficiency of project delivery to the clients and consultants.
