Our client is a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering a major £200m Ministry of Defence (MOD) scheme based in Gloucester . The project is a flagship, high-security development requiring exceptional leadership, governance, and delivery expertise.

Project Director roles and responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the £200m MOD project from pre-construction through to completion.
• Take full responsibility for programme, cost control, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor senior project teams, ensuring strong collaboration with the MOD, consultants, and key stakeholders.

Project Director requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager on large-scale (£100m+) projects with a Tier 1 contractor.
