Project Director (Expression of Interest)

The Project Director – Design will be based in the Oman and will lead the strategic direction, management, and delivery of major infrastructure design projects across Oman.

This role is strictly focused on design leadership within an Engineering Design Consultancy environment.

The successful candidate must have extensive GCC experience in the design of roads, highways, bridges, tunnels, and related infrastructure, with a strong background in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams from concept and feasibility through detailed design and tender documentation stages.

**Strategic Design Leadership**

+ Provide executive leadership for large-scale infrastructure design projects.
+ Establish and oversee design strategies, technical standards, and quality benchmarks.
+ Ensure alignment of project design objectives with client and regulatory requirements.
