Project Director – Commercial Fit-Out (Sales-Led Role) Location: Surrey

We’re working with a well-established

design & build commercial fit-out specialist

who are looking to appoint a

Project Director

to drive growth and lead projects from initial client engagement through to delivery.

This is a highly commercial, sales-focused role, suited to someone who thrives on winning work, building relationships, and delivering projects end-to-end.

The Role

Driving new business and revenue growth across CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects

Building and maintaining strong client and consultant relationships

Leading the full project lifecycle — from securing work through to delivery

Working closely with design, commercial and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes

Taking ownership of tenders, pitches, and commercial strategy
