Project Director

Our client is a reputable data centre provider operating over 50 data centres worldwide. They are now expanding into the Southeast Asia and looking to hire a Project Director who will supervise the construction of their first hyper-scale project in the region, located in Johor Bahru.
Responsibilities:
Establish and lead both new and existing development projects. Building out project controls, delivery plans, project approach and methodology aligned to Delivery Playbook while taking into consideration local market norms.
Ensure compliance with standard delivery best practice, project governance & Stage-gate approvals, utilizing our Project Delivery Tools and Technology Platform.
Work as part of the team providing support, direction and leadership to the active project team members both within the Delivery team and project team members form related departments.
