Project Director

The Project Director will lead the group's solar project portfolio, overseeing the end-to-end development and delivery of utility-scale and commercial & industrial (C&I) solar PV projects. This role is responsible for strategy execution, project governance, financial performance, stakeholder management, and team leadership, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Leadership & Delivery
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of solar PV projects, from feasibility, permitting, and development through execution, commissioning, and commercial operation.
Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, timelines, and financial targets.
Establish and enforce project governance, reporting, and performance controls.
Accountable for successful project delivery measured by safety performance, schedule adherence, budget control, and commercial outcomes.
