Overview

Overall responsible in achieving Project deliverables in terms of quality, cost, timelines, customer satisfaction, and performance metrics on People management (employee morale, performance, attrition, etc).

Plan, organize and carry out project management activities to ensure that assigned projects are executed smoothly and effectively to achieve and exceed cost, quality, timelines and customer satisfaction objectives; ensure that safety procedures are incorporated in all project management activities and promote a safety-working culture.

Review contract documentation in conjunction with B.Q. and material specifications; manage the profit and loss of the project; plan for site mobilization and sequential execution; monitor project cost budgets and ensure desired profit margins through cost containment, material wastage control, etc.
