Position Overview Project Director – leads Project Managers, Area Managers, Engineering Managers, and project engineers to deliver Canada’s most complex energy and heavy industrial projects. The role requires proven project management experience in mining and heavy industry, strong governance skills, and a talent for fostering new business opportunities.

Location Greater Toronto Area or Sudbury, Ontario.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of multi‑phase, complex mining and heavy industrial projects across Canada.

Develop and implement Project Management Plans, including risk, safety, quality, and communication strategies.

Oversee project budgets, schedules, and governance to ensure delivery on time and within scope.

Mentor and guide engineering managers and project teams to achieve technical excellence and client satisfaction.
