Project Leadership

• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of railway communication solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating cross‑functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Pre‑Sales Activities

• Participate in pre‑sales activities.

Technical Expertise

• Provide project management, technical leadership and guidance on railway communication systems, including but not limited to train‑to‑ground communication, CCTV, public address systems, PABX, Information Display Systems, and fibre‑optic networks.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
