PROJECT DIRECTOR

Job Duties:

• Lead and oversee full project delivery.
• Manage multidisciplinary team and work with joint ventures to meet project, safety, and financial goals.
• Handle project planning, design coordination, risk management, procurement, and stakeholder communication.
• Build strong client relationships and represent the company in key discussions.
• Oversee project controls, budgeting, reporting, and drive operational performance.
• Guide, mentor, and develop engineering and project management teams.

Job Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in civil engineering, specialising in geotechnical works and Hydro geomechanics.
• At least 20 years of experience in geotechnical and civil engineering projects, including leadership roles in major infrastructure works.
• Extensive experience as Project Director for major railway or metro projects.
