RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reports to General Manager.
• Be able to put the goals of the organization into the work of each member
• Manage more than 100 million projects
• Able to contribute to Division/Section sales
• Manage and improve profit
• Understand and execute the quality control of Division/Section
• Set a direction that is linked to the mid-term and long-term business plans
• To create a structure and rules to achieve the desired direction
• Have an accurate grasp of the work situation of subordinates as a playing manager
• Operates the business with clear objectives
• Manages the improvement of subordinates
