Project Director(Library Ops)

Job Description

• Serve as the primary liaison with MOE for the full contract scope (System, Collection, Manpower, Learning).
• Oversee project delivery across all service areas, ensuring KPIs and service levels are met.
• Lead coordination between subcontractors, internal teams, and MOE stakeholders.
• Chair progress meetings and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
• Manage overall resource planning, risk mitigation, change control, and compliance.
• Maintain contract documentation and enforce adherence to the Official Secrets Act.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Project Management, Library Sciences, IT, or equivalent.
• Min. 5 years’ experience in managing complex projects across IT and non-IT domains.
• Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
