Project Dispatcher

Job description:

• Coordinating and managing Field Technicians involved in Fiber to the Horne (FTTH) Subscriber Line Installation (SLI).
• Ensures the timely and efficient dispatching of technicians, optimizing scheduling and resource allocation to meet customer demands and maintain high service standards
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, technician performance, and job completion status. Generate daily and weekly performance reports
• Proactively identify delays, technical issues, or customer concerns, escalating to supervisors or support teams when needed
• Work closely with project managers, duster supervisors, and client OX service teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end installation process
• Track and monitor technician activity, job progress, and location to ensure timely job completion and adherence to service level agreements (SLAS).
