Project Enablement Executive

Role purpose

Enable the smooth planning and delivery of programmes, workshops, and projects by providing strong coordination, follow-through, and problem-solving support. This role requires a high level of ownership, accountability, and the ability to proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end project preparation and delivery for programmes, workshops, and events
• Develop and maintain project timelines, checklists, and tracking documents
• Liaise with facilitators, clients, vendors, and internal team members to ensure project readiness
• Track deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies across multiple projects
• Proactively identify issues and resolve problems to minimise project risks and delays
• Ensure all project materials and logistics are prepared accurately and on time
• Support post-programme activities including surveys, data collation, and reporting
