Job Summary:
Responsible for technical coordination, design review, planning support, and execution monitoring of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects to ensure compliance with approved design, budget, quality, and schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Review structural drawings, connection details, and BOM for compliance (NSCP, ASTM A572, etc.)

• Coordinate with designers, fabricators, and suppliers (local/overseas)

• Assist in project scheduling, fabrication tracking, and delivery coordination.

• Support preparation of technical proposals and preliminary cost reviews.

• Provide site technical support and conduct inspections when necessary.

• Maintain proper documentation and drawing revision control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Licensed preferred)

• 1-3 years experience in structural steel or construction
