Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Assist in supervising and monitoring daily site works for land development projects.
Review drawings and specifications to ensure proper implementation.
Coordinate with surveyors, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
Assist in resolving site issues and provide technical support to the team.
Support project scheduling, cost monitoring, and material requests.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred).
At least 3 year of experience in land development, site development, or related civil works. (FINISHED PROJECT)
Basic knowledge of roadworks, drainage, utilities, and site development processes.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or Civ...
