Job Description
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget through the maximisation of the utilisation and proper allocation of resources and manpower.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop project plans to monitor and measure progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Successfully manage the relationship with customers, vendors and all stakeholders.
- Ensures that status of projects and tasks are constantly updated in the assigned systems.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Maintains inventory and stock levels, ensuring all materials required are available when needed.
