Project Engineer

Bid Document Preparation: Assist PMTS in the preparation of bid documents, including:
o Terms of Reference
o Scope of Work
o Bill of Quantities
o Bill of Materials
o Concept and detailed drawings
o Other documents as project requires.
• Document Review and Endorsement: Review submitted documents by contractors and
endorse them for approval to CMWD Project Management.
• Planning Support for PMTS Department and Project Proponent: Assist the PMTS
department and project proponent in conducting walk-the-line and technical due diligence of
projects including but not limited to:
o Pipelaying Projects
o Civil Works
o Electromechanical Works
o Water Source Development
o Facility Rehabilitation
o Other water related projects
• As-Built Plan Review: Review the submitted As-built Plans to ensure they align with the actual
site conditions and endorse approval to Cebu Manila Water Development Inc. (CMWD).
