Job Description

Scope of leadership role
Lead multiple projects within the APAC PES project portfolio through the NPD process with an emphasis on Air Moving and motors. Collaborate closely with the Product Management and Engineering teams from concept to product technology readiness, and coordinate with operation team to ensure successful product launches. Provide support to the Product Manager team during post-launch reviews to achieve desired project outcomes, and actively contribute to purposeful innovation in new project development as well as continuous improvement in project management practices.
Key Responsibilities
Selects and develops team members, and applies countermeasures to improve team deficiencies. Teaches project management fundamentals to team members.
Plans and manages timeline, budget and team to execute a single major project or multiple projects of lesser complexity. Implements countermeasure plans to programs that don't meet schedules....
