Job Description
- Study, highlight and resolve any discrepancies in drawings and Bill of Quantity.
- To prepare project budget and develop the initial project timeline for the projects, making certain that all scheduling conflicts are resolved with routine updates with the MD final approval.
- To coordinate and ensure daily construction activities are implemented within cost, time, quality and safety through close monitoring and coordination with the entire Construction Team and client.
- Track progress of every planning phase of the project and provide status reports to the Project Manager.
- Ensure project issues are resolved and escalated to the relevant parties in a timely manner.
- Responsible to request insurance, work permit, and Bank Guarantee and other necessary documents required for the project.
- Liaise with local authority to acquire valid projects permits within required timeframe.
