About The Role

As a CBRE Technical Supervisor (Door Maintenance), you will be responsible for supervising the maintenance, repair, and safe operation of manual and automatic door systems, leading technicians and ensuring quality service delivery.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function and is responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs of equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for automatic, fire-rated, roller shutter, and access-controlled doors
• Diagnose complex faults and provide technical guidance to technicians
