Coordinate and supervise offshore lifting, load-out, and installation activities.
Review and verify lifting plans, rigging arrangements, and installation procedures.
Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and approved work procedures.
Monitor certification, maintenance, and inspection status of lifting equipment and rigging.
Participate in risk assessments, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and Management of Change (MOC) processes.
Interface with contractors, Marine Warranty Surveyors, vessel personnel, and project stakeholders.
Support readiness reviews and certification processes for load-out, sail-away, transportation, and installation activities.
Act as Project/Field Engineer onboard installation vessels during offshore campaigns.
Perform night-shift Company Representative duties when required.
