Project Engineer

Our client is a leading power solution company from China.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for on-site commissioning and after-sales service of high-voltage UPS battery products for customers.
• Troubleshoot and promptly address any issues that arise with products during commissioning or after-sales service.
• Communicate effectively with customers on-site, resolving inquiries and meeting reasonable requests.
• Conduct technical discussions with major clients and project stakeholders, supporting the sales team with pre-sales technical assistance, including technical consulting, solution design, product demonstrations, and more.
• Provide training for customers on technology, product usage, and installation.
• Gather user requirements, collect information on competitor products, and provide suggestions for product improvement.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the company or management.
