Role Overview:
Act as the central liaison between the Head Office (HQ) Project Management & Control (PMC) team, the local factory production team, and clients. This critical role ensures all project milestones are achieved on time, within quality standards, and within budget, with a specific focus on sheet metal fabrication projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HQ & Factory Coordination (PMC Tasks):
Serve as the primary interface between HQ PMC and local factory production, translating, coordinating, and following up on production schedules, tasks, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
Monitor daily production activities to ensure strict compliance with HQ’s planning and project timelines.
Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, expedite processes, and address any manufacturing issues promptly.
Request production schedule adjustments with local PMC to meet urgent client deadlines.
