Responsibilities:

• To assist in execution of projects involving timeline/stakeholders management and documentation and ensure the deliverables meet the client specification and requirement, ISO standards and the budget allocated for the project
• To co-ordinate and co-operate with Production and Purchasing departments to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of projects. You will be call upon to share your knowledge with your colleagues
• To be in charge of using ASANA software for project management
• To assist in establishing standardization work of production assemblies
• To create standard Bill of Materials for products, work with Project Manager to ensure these are stored in the server
