Job Description
- Oversee company new project activities.
- Liaise and deliver Customers' business requirements, products specifications, qualification, trial and delivery expectation for new models.
- Co-ordinate internal resources to meet Customers' expectations on project plan.
- Reviews and manage program plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, asset management, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
- Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
- Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.
- Maintain close and good relationship with existing customer & develop new market opening & grow business with existing customer.
- Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues especially new project.
