Job Description
- Support Project Manager/ Professional Engineer in handling and completing the project within the timeline
- Prepare, review and update civil and structure drawings, calculations and reports
- Review and approve contractors' civil and structure material and shop drawing
- Involve in project coordination to ensure meet project/client's requirements and time-line
- Monitor and manage project delivery progress including authorities' approval status and tender schedule
- Attend and organize client-consultant meetings and site meetings
- Attend to authorities' inspection
- Liaise with professional consultants and sub-contractors
- Establish and maintain close working rapport with all parties such as local authorities, internal and external stakeholders
- Attend to all operational matters related to the daily running of the project
- Report regularly on progress and monitor schedule
