PROJECT ENGINEER(C&S, M&E, Archi)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Execute projects in accordance with the approved master programme using Microsoft Project Online, ensuring schedules, costs, and quality standards are met.
• Plan, monitor, and maintain daily site progress, including supervising subcontractors, conducting quality inspections, and maintaining proper site records.
• Review structural and shop drawings, prepare and submit RFIs to consultants, and ensure timely submission of shop drawings, material samples, and As-Built drawings.
• Vet and implement approved method statements and work instructions, ensuring adherence to project schedules, cost controls, and quality plans.
• Coordinate and lead subcontractor meetings, and attend technical coordination meetings with clients and consultants to resolve interface issues.
