Project Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· To execute and control project activities within the desired budget, time, and quality.

· To liaise with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.

· To organize and coordinate the tender exercise on earthworks, piling works, main building works, infrastructure works, NSC works, etc.

· To be responsible for material control by ensuring minimum wastage of material ordered and used.

· To coordinate the final testing, commissioning and inspection with local authorities/technical departments for procurement of Certificate of Completion and Compliance(CCC) and delivery of vacant possession to all purchasers on time.

· To coordinate and overseeing all the defects rectification works by main contractor during the defects liability period.
