Junior Executive

Responsibilities:

• Full project lifecycle management — plan, monitor, and control project schedules, scope, and costs to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Engineering design — prepare plant layouts, equipment arrangements, steel structures, and piping designs according to specifications and codes.
• BIM and 3D design — develop and review 2D/3D models using tools such as Revit, Inventor, Plant 3D, or PDMS to coordinate designs and avoid clashes.
• Authority submissions — assist with applications to local authorities and ensure designs meet regulatory standards.
• Fabrication oversight — inspect and monitor vessel, structural, ducting, and piping fabrication for quality and safety compliance.
• Site supervision — manage installation works, coordinate contractors, and ensure adherence to safety protocols, including work in high-spec or hazardous environments.
