Project Engineer

**Overview**

Element has an opportunity for a **Project Enginee** r to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of the operations team, the primary function of the Project Engineer is to interface between the customer and the Operations team, providing detailed schedule updates and ensuring the project plans are adhered to. The secondary function of the Project Engineer is to initiate, design, and lead technical projects to test customer products by creating the technical road map that satisfies the customer requirements. When acting as a Test Lead, works closely with Test Technicians/Engineers and customers, acting as the primary POC as the program moves through each phase.

Salary: $65,000 - $95,000/yr DOE
