• Develop new injection molding process using scientific molding principles
• Lead complete IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities of new machines
• Troubleshoot molding process to mitigate production defects and improve efficiency during validation process
• Participate in design review of new tooling and equipment working with both external and internal team
• Participate in project progress review meetings involving both internal and external stakeholders
