Project Engineer

Project Engineer - shall be responsible for managing contractors for housing and land development construction activities in our projects. They shall monitor the timely completion of the project within agreed quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of BS Civil Engineering
• PRC license is an advantage but not a requirement
• At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in construction site supervision of a residential development company with excellent hands-on construction skills (horizontal projects)
• Experience in supervising construction projects with an excellent understanding of civil, architectural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finishing work
• Hands-on experience with directing the activities of contractors and crews in both horizontal land development and vertical construction
