Job Description

                    Permit & NOC Coordination  Prepare and submit applications for permits and NOCs to relevant authorities (e.g. ADM, ADSSC, ADDC, DOT, Civil Defense). 
Track and follow up on submissions to ensure timely approvals. 
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather required documentation and resolve authority comments. 
 Construction Engineering Support  Collaborate with site teams to align construction activities with approved permits and authority requirements. 
Provide technical input during the planning and execution phases to ensure compliance with local regulations. 
Assist in resolving site issues related to authority inspections or permit conditions. 
 Documentation & Reporting  Maintain organized records of all permit and NOC applications, approvals and correspondence.
